For the best results, an intensive therapy course is recommended. This course consists of 10 consecutive days. Each day is divided into 3 listening blocks of one and a half hours, with a minimum 90 minute break between each block.

Depending on your schedule, and whether you live in Madrid or are visiting, alternative therapy options and schedules are possible. Feel free to contact me, and we can discuss a plan that best suits your needs.

During the sessions, you or your child will listen to individually prepared, filtered music such as Mozart, Gregorian chants, or the mother’s voice. While listening, it is encouraged to engage in calm, non verbal activities such as puzzles, board games, creative crafts, painting, or drawing.

Reading, writing, doing math, eating, drinking, speaking, or using devices with screens such as tablets or phones is not recommended, as these activities interfere with the therapeutic process.

Breaks are just as important as the listening sessions themselves. The brain and nervous system need time to rest and integrate the stimulation. During breaks, it is recommended to avoid smartphones, laptops, and television as much as possible. Physical activity is highly beneficial, such as walking in the park, playing outdoors, or gentle exercise. After intense stimulation, the brain needs oxygen, and the body needs to release excess energy.

The therapy takes place in a location surrounded by beautiful parks, where you can walk and children can play outdoors during breaks. Please visit the Location page to learn more about the setting.
